When I first Saw Darwin revert back to a fish in The Rerun, it broke my heart... Like seriously for a Cartoon they went hard on that, also I kind of wish I had that remote because it seems like a really powerful tool
47:25 ya know one thing that i appreciated is for how goofy and cartoonish this was, this string of events with Nicole and Richard was surprisingly a very realistic representation of a couple trying to get by in life, even down to the fact they were about to have kids and werent even married yet which caught me off guard when i saw that. Its just real.
"The Choices" is the highest rated ep in the show if I'm not mistaken (or at least in the top 3), for good reason. It gave me major "UP" vibes towards the end of the episode in that sweet montage. I love this show, man. It was one of my absolute favorite cartoons growing up, if not my number one favorite. Hopefully we'll see the movie one day, because this show truly deserves it.
Nicole choosing richard probably the best choice ever, and i honestly like that we get to see what would nicole life be if she choose other path And the path where she imagine marrying harold still funny to these day tho, espically him ask for hot sushi.. then she gave him what he wanted xD
I’m not gonna lie, out of all of the episodes where Gumball was either tortured or injured or in a dangerous situation, the first Season 5 episode really felt to me like the absolute closest to get the show’s blue protagonist killed, good thing that Rob eventually decided to save Gumball, and of course everything was put back to normal at the end of the episode (even if this time it was Rob who had to rewind everything) By the way my favorite of all of the episodes in this video are The Guy, The Boredom and The Choices.
I always hated parents like Nicole's, the kind who give their kids strict and severe punishments for not getting As on their report card. My mother would give me trips to Blockbuster, if I earned an A- or a B on a test. But for some others...they'd beat their kids without mercy
When I was younger if we got good report cards our parents would buy me and my sisters the Pokémon game that would come out that year lol. It may seem ridiculous but it was fun.
I watched Gumball ever since when I was 4 and this show is always in my heart and I still watch it to this day and honestly the Choices episode has the best melody in it and it always calmed me down whenever I had nightmares as a kid🩷😭 I love this show

Me too. It’s so emotional. Most episodes are ridiculously funny, but when it does more serious ones like this it hits hard.
