- In this video I'll be removing a dead hemlock tree on Joint Base Lewis McChord. This tree was designated as a "Commander's Tree". Check out the video to see why. The tree was hollow and the bark was tearing off. You'll see how bad the tree top was when it hits the ground. Please Like and Subscribe!
Great video. The history regarding the base was AWESOME! Thank you all for your service.
Thank you
Very suspenseful video on a sketchy dead tree. Glad all went well. Thanks for taking us with you up an old tree with such military history.
Watch you don't end up in jail again! Sheriff will get you for only tying into 1 branch! LOL great job. Appreciate the look around the base. stay safe.
I know right. I specifically said what I said to avoid the Tree Tube police. 🤷♂️😆
What a cool work site and the crew! Nice work
You’re pretty damn good. Hell yeah Tim!
It turned because of the Dutchman you left on the right side.
Great video, as always.
When you peeled that bark off, my palms got instantly sweaty.😅
I was having a good ol time. 😄👍
Awesome job guys. Thanks for the tour of the post.
You have my dream chip truck damn.
Nice to see some west coast tree trimming,on the west coast myself
👍
That looked like a very sketchy top. Thanks for the tour at the end. Blessings to you.
Glad you liked the end!
Excellent work as always!!!

Just subscribed looking forward to some awesome vids
Jake saying that's how he identifies was hilarious. LOL
Cool stuff there! Hard to believe it's been 25 years since I was there!
Nice 😊 mate!!!🤠😊💪🤙💯
I think you had a little Dutch man on the final cut 🤭
Definitely. I just watched some videos on Dutchman cuts. I'm going to practice this technique more.
Original Predator is the greatest movie of all time.
Its awesome. It's in my annual rotation. 😄

Great video
Good in tree work and video, must have been a slow day on the rest of the base!🙄
I was shocked to see so many! It was awesome!
@@VeteranTreeService guess awesome would depend on who had to pay them as someone did.
@@iffykidmn8170 I'm sure they had more work to do after the tree job. The tree only took about 2 hours.
Would you like a little bit of advise.. I'm gonna give it to you anyways,😂. The carabineer on the end of your Rope Runner Pro, it looks like aluminium, if you're anchoring like that it can bend on small diameter stems. I use a steel one, a bit heavier but it ain't bending. Good luck, you're improving all the time.
that is some really hard morning wood right there!!!
The way that tree fell over at the end reminds me of a video Jacob "GuiltyOfTreason" Rogers did (I think with Gordy) a while back. He was demonstrating how to get a tree to turn using a duchmans, and it looked quite a bit like this.
I'll have to watch that one.
Good job
✌️
A 500i with a 28 inch bar and full comp chain is my favorite saw.
I just started running it with that bar length. It is nice!
the end was awesome great job
Thanks! I wasn't sure if people would like it or not.
@ I definitely enjoyed it, thank you! and thank you for your service brother i’ve recently tuned into channel and i love ya you’re nuts

That a good age for a tree planted in 1918 a few years after the the Irish 🇮🇪 1916 uprising ❤
It almost looked like the butt log turned due to a mini swinging Dutchman. Seemed like the far right hinge either closed all the way or broke off before the left side did, sat down on the stump some and then was pulled slightly to the left by the hinge wood on the left right before that broke off too
Not 100% sure, just a possibility from what I could see on the video, either way killer video man love the channel !!
I'll have to look into swinging Dutchman.
I've always wanted to go back to the base I trained in the Marines - the big Q. 1968 - I doubt they would let me take a visit 🤓
You could get on base during a public event like an air show or something.
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
COOL!!!
✌️
If you don't have the 107 license you can't use the drone for anything except your own personal enjoyment. Like you can't post as part of a monetized youtube channel, or take video for someone else. DJI also just removed the geofencing, which does not change your legal obligation not to fly where it isn't allowed. Speaking as a purely recreational drone operator myself. I don't want to pay some for profit company $175 every two years so I can do... nothing extra that I want to. But I did read the material. You should too.
Do the American arm do the same as the British Army? On this side of the pond, when a tank or other armour becomes a gate piece. If the engine is useful it’s removed. If not, it suffers the same fate as the rest. When the tank or other is filled with concrete. Presumably to prevent the piece blowing away in high winds and light breezes.
🤔 not sure.
I didnt know you had a channel,i asked on a different channel
Hello. Ya, I saw you in the live chat. 👍
Why did the tree get in trouble?
Because it was acting shady before getting axed!
😳
#201, Real fun.
That’s a big tree
Are your saws ported?
Stock internals on all saws. Other mods though.
@VeteranTreeService
Awesome. Sounds like they be ripping
@@jesuswalkphitides2697 yup

@ I get a lot of it in Wisconsin too. But I've never seen that much layers on a tree
Are you paying those guys
He’s working for the base those are base crew

Hello, I want to apply for a job, is there an email I can contact?
Google Veterans Tree Service ... Long Lake ..
@wutafungi Thank You
You could probably afford that ground crew if you paid them what the military does.......LOL
No kidding. 😄
🫡😉
When you retire you going to have all your guys working for you and still manage a good relationship with your co-workers and then try to find a wife and have a bunch of kids
I've already done all that. 😉👍
Stop that don't do it again I can't get that picture of your face on her body out of my head, still could be worse.
