It sounds like when Moses parted the Red sea, he did so by creating a pillar of air. The pillar then sank to the bottom after the Israelites passed, thus trapping Abezethibod underneath it.

I think "the pillar of air" is referencing a hurricane, isn't ephipas a demon of wind? In ancient times it's likely that people thought all hurricanes were the same one, coming periodically to wreak havoc. Hurricanes are created at sea. The pillar of fire could be a fire storm.

I think that the Pillar of Air is a reference to the greek myth of Atlas, while Abezethibod is probably the son of Beelzebub, who is a fallen archangel. it is possible that for a while Abezethibod was accepted in Heaven after his birth, but by plotting against the other angels was cast down.
So does this mean you can be somewhat evil r have an evil mindset and still be in Heaven?

Perhaps the pillar of air represents the spirit world/ghosts, and they're stopping the communing of mortals and spirits, albeit unwillingly. That could explain the change in the perception in religion that went from burying ancestors in their doorways and treating them with reverence for protection etc to communing with spirits being a bad thing.

They are definitely not the same demons. Azazel was a captain and leader of Angel's but Beelzebub was a chief over many Angel's and now crowned a prince as a demon over many legions of demons in the kingdom of darkness. There are even kings and queens, princess, and princesses in the kingdom of darkness crowned by their master Satan.
Perhaps the pillar was not the milky way. But a spiral portal or wormhole in the shape of a pillar as witnessed over CERN during our own time.

I think the reason for Beelzebub being unable to reveal his own son is like a parent's love for their child.
Kinda validates that but still, he's the one responsible for his son's mischiefs. Breeding even he knows the consequences
Even Bubz is capable of love. He is still pretty sore about the whole Solomon thing and a few adept alchemists who did a similar thing as Solomon. I believe Bubz is getting personal revenge in the form of the cryptid “Moth Man” to this day.
I doubt demons and angels are capable of compassion given that the watchers who clapped some human women resulted in hybrid humans with mental defects and are so crazy that they wrought so much destruction.

I wondered how he could act like he loved our daughters, but I realized from what he would say to them, and about them, that he loves the part of them that is him. He doesn't see them as their own people, just a piece of him, so it's not love, it's pride and ego. Very sad, sick and evil.
I think both demons and angels are capable of compassion and love, however it’s different than the same types of love and compassion that humans feel. They most likely look at us like a lot of people look at animals (I feel as though animals are equal to humans, but a lot of people do not, I think that’s how demons and angels think of humans, we are just tools to them). Beelzebub may very well love his son, maybe similar to the way a human parent loves their child, but even then, how could we understand it when they operate on an entirely different level and moral code than we do?
