Not to get too serious or nerdy but a rule of thumb is that Naruto verse BRUTALLY outscales the jjk verse in terms of speed feats and strength feats. It's just the way it is.

Man, as a Japanese born and fluent this was a little hard to watch. Old fan animations usually clipped dialogue that somewhat fit but this just clipped random dialogue together and none of it makes sense.
