Canada Stypayhorlikson I can do them as I am pretty sure I have the strength but I can’t do them because I can’t figure out how to do them correctly It’s hurts my neck and I don’t always feel like it’s working which means I am not doing it right Don’t worry, you aren’t alone who can’t do them, I did a 50 crunches a day challenge but I stopped if I wasn’t doing them correctly

Hi, I have a question. I was wondering, i don't have a flat tummy to be able to see abs, I have some fat on my stomach. Everyone is telling me there's no point doing THESE exercises as I only need to do cardio first to lose the weight THEN do these ab exercises. What do you suggest.

Don't worry. That amount of workout it great just don't push your self too hard and you'll be good. Make sure to stretch to prevent injury
