If you have got the card during the offer period then it should be LTF if mentioned earlier. Contact CC and asked them what is card fee showing on their system. Also, drop an email. And save proofs for future reference.

You can try to speak with customer service but most likely they will refuse. This is if you are trying to convert to ltf. If you are trying to apply for the card you already have, it will get rejected.

HDFC generally allows only one card from the same network per customer. Since the 6E Rewards Card is on the Diners Club network, it's unlikely they'll issue another Diners Club card. However, you can check with HDFC customer care for specific eligibility or explore an upgrade option

She is just misleading. Regalia gold is not LTF. She just wants people to apply for the card through her referral link so that she gets her cut
