I think institutions not use much of this supply and demand zones because retailers knows that zones. they use other parameters to pump their money we can found that where huge candles and volumes most of time are not in the supply and demand zones.

These strategies are quite challenging for regular traders. They are mostly carried out by experienced professionals with considerable skill and expertise
It doesn’t work that way you have to get in yourself & go thru your experiences learn the game.. just start w small money.. watching videos & actually being in the market doing things is polar opposites yes you can learn from videos to understand but actually executing etc is a personal thing
