An investor always beats a trader in the long run. Investing builds wealth. I'm not against trading but from a long term perspective don't keep over expectations from trading. People only hear about profit and loss but they don't know about losing streak. Even if you are good trader you have proper risk management, discipline, money management but still trading at the end of the day is a zero sum game. Look I'm not against trading if you are profitable then keep doing but its important to keep in mind that don't make trading your career neither your primary or even secondary source of income. Trading income should be the least expected for you, its like it shouldn't matter for you even if you lose or win, that way you can be mentally stress free.
