If I'm not wrong, there is a relatively new shop at 淡水 selling SG pushcart ice-cream. Sugar cane juice in Taiwan not as sweet as ours, so SG ones are nicer. That hawker centre has a famous rojak stall (I think it's just called Singapore Rojak) n a dessert stall few stalls away famous for its Tao-Suan. "Official" items to chope will include umbrellas, hp, lanyards, keys .. n the most powerful legendary tissue paper! Water bottle n namecard will be treated as rubblish left behind by previous patrons. 沙茶酱 origin traced back to Chinese labourers who came to S.E.A. for work n then brought back receipe for satay sauce to 潮汕 n the locals there modified it to suit more to their taste including adding shallots, garlic, chilli, soy bean etc (which makes 沙茶 relatively salty to me n nothing like our satay sauce at all anymore). P/S: Does anyone here dip the toasts into their half-boiled eggs and/or kopi?! I realised it's a younger generation thingy cos middle-age uncles like me will never do that! What for made the roti crispy by toasting it n then soak it in fluid turning soggy?! Doesn't make sense to me leh. And yes, the most handsome guys in this video are the two of u, esp Ben!

When u dip the toast into the drink it make the bread soft and soggy. So it easier to eat i don’t really like my toast to be crispy
