Bst way to kip mdium siz aqrm heathy by using Kent water and thn add sme salt, vitmins. It sounds costly but bilve me it will lwr the maintnce.. No amoniam fishy smell... And Mayur alrdy tld us that unless u can drink fish tank water u r not caring prprly ..and that's true...

nice video sir,the care and passion of your friend is amazing. i am new to this channel and within 2 days watched almost 20%of your video.i have a doubt so asking you.the way you have mentioned here that how to process the tank for 2 months and then bring the arowana to the tank is quit fascinating. no one tells this kind of stuff in a shop where i am staying.i stay in vasai near mumbai.so is it really good thing to do that process as you mentioned?many people say that these kind of process is not at all necessary.that is too much.also the fish with certificate is necessary or normal silver arowana is also good to keep?sorry if i am offending something here,but had a doubt so asked.
No offence taken, There is always a way to do things, especially when you are keeping fish, certificate indicates quality, yet you can keep what you like

Isn't this a Golden Crossback? One can clearly see the scales going above even the 5th row(4th for RTG and 5th for highback). When viewed from top, the crossed scales are clearly visible. Gorgeous fish!

sir i like channa barca more, barca have really some attitude, which shows u one of ur video, sir mai bda hua kolkata jese city me,school clge sb kch, and arowana i seen that fish very long time ago in kolkata also i seen my first planted tank in 2008 in kolkata and my wish completed after i saw ur videos. i am not expert with planted, but i am expert with fresh water and marine water with more than 20 year exp . marine water 8 year exp, if life will given me one chance i will surely keep channa barca, at a center point in my home one day, hopefully it will be very soon, Great work sir THANKU FROM MY HEART

I am Planning to start a 15 l tank setup (12 inch x 8.5 inch x 10 inch) this Sunday in Pune. Planning to keep a super red rose tail betta fish.
For plants i will be going with moss on 3 stones and on drift wood. also would be keeping a plant in a cup sort of thing.
1. Please suggest a plant (kind of a center piece) for that cup.
2. How much (approx in gm) bio rio and ada aquarium gravel would be needed for my tank.
3. How can someone buy the bio rio and the ada Aquarium gravel (brown black mix type) from you as they are out of stock on online websites.
4. Last but not the least, any idea/suggestion that you would like to give me for my upcoming tank.

This one that he has is an Australian Arowana aka Jardini not the typical silver asian arowana. Good size.

This is not Jardini. They have bit different body shape compared to Asians. The one in this video is Asian RTG.

Arowana is air breather fish so they don't need dissolve oxygen by air stone, i think these people are knowledgeable enough to know this.... Actually I'm bit surprised
You are right, the creation is to maintain the oxygen levels for the bacteria in the sump

Sir my tank is 4ft long...2ft high...and 15 inch wide...is it good for silver arowana?
How many arowana i can put in this size tank?
It will be small for 1 silver arowana also, once the fish becomes 15 inches the tank will be small
Try buying pearl or asian they can fit comfortably
But i am concerned abt the width...
