A little advice to my brothers and sisters dealing with mental issues. I had OCD, clinical one which controlled my whole life. I also had mood issues. Anxiety, feeling depressed, at times feling over happy. Then one day a pious person told me to recite every morning 200 times HasbunAllahu Wa ni'mal wakeel Ni'mal Mawla wa ni'man Nasweer La hawla wa la quwwata illa billa hil 'aleeyil Azweem. Wallahi! That was a deadly weapon to my issues. Even if you cannot recite 200 times, recite 100 times. In cae you missed Fajr do it at abother time, but do it daily. You will defintely come out of your trouble. In Sha Allah. I am there to listen to your mental issues❤. May Allah Bless Palestine and all Muslims around the world. May Allah bless all innocents, children and animals. AMEEN

My brother.. look into a selective SSRI, and take hot Sauna bathes daily. Also pls exercise and make sure your hormone levels are good. I have had amazing results with this. Paired with reciting verses of the holy Quran you’re set. 🤲🏽

I wish you the best, don’t fear them best advice I read “ I feel anxious and so what I know what that feels like, I know it’ll pass” don’t fight the panic attack just let your heart beat ignore it, you’re not going to die you’re okay they only get worse when you try to fight it off. With time you’ll learn to over come it more and more, down load the app I am it’s a positive affirmation ap to read positive things it’ll readjust your thoughts. Listen to this surah every night and keep praying to Allah swt to remove your worries ❤

I get anxiety attacks everyday.But Today I found out this DUA and Alhamdulillah it calmed me to some extend gave me peace.I cant share with anyone I have just left it on my Allah. He will help me and He is helping me.May Allah calm everyone's pain and sadness Ameen ya Rabul Alameen.☝☝☝ Remember this everyone including me He is Always there.He cant test anyone beyond you capacity this line give me strength every day. But I know at some point of time in 24 hours Or in a week or in month you feel to give up every thing.That time say loudly that I have faith in you please ease my test.And Say Alhamdulillah for choosing you for this.He wants you to bring close to him.May Allah give peace of mind to everyone. To receive pain, it means you have gone through hardship/ test - receiving a test from your creator is truly a blessing. Its all about how you come out at the other end. We are but mere creations - created from clay and mud, we cannot expect to truly understand the creators master plan. Remember your prayers and dua and always give praise to ALLAH SWT.
