I purchased the Korg SV-1 in 202018 after watching a demo on You Tube featuringFrank. I'm so pleased to see that he still gigs with it. I can't wait to get the Korg SV-2. It makes my Korg SP280 seem so obsolete now. LOL I never fully appreciated this man's talent until I started checking out his You Tube videos. If you read this comment Frank, please know that you are a big part of why I didn't stop playing after I suffered my second stroke in June of 2010. That Korg-SV1 demo gave me the inspiration and the motivation I needed to not give up. I had three additional strokes on the left side, the week of December 8, 2017. I had stopped playing temporarily because the strokes wiped my hard drive clean, figuritively speaking. I have forgotten my Chopin, Bach and a couple of Beethoven pieces that I had commited to memory. I am currently re-learning Chopin's Prelude in Cmin. all over again, but I'm not going to stop there. I've heard the Korg SV-2 and I must have it, since I didn't have the good sense to keep my SV-1, because I felt it was too advanced for me. Now that I am teaching myself to play the Hammond L-112 that I purchased last fall, I think I can handle the SV now, especially that the Leslie simulator has been greatly improved. Keep uploading. Intimate Time and Left Alone still remain my two favorite songs by you.
When I first heard Frank's Love Stories album in 2000, I immediately knew his brilliance would capture the world. I've sung "The Wedding" song at many a wedding, and everyone would always ask me what the hell song was that, and I'd gladly point them to Frank and tell them they MUST buy the album. Every song still holds up much more than anything in the last 23 years. All of these musicians are just off the charts talented. LOVE how they morphed into Stevie's "You got it bad girl". Brilliance
