How much time is required for our MMC REGISTRATION? Why can't we as individual take the case in front, what are the problem in it? I think we should initiate and carry forward the case...then whatever may be the result or else we should pressurise GOVT for giving us atleast provisional mmc registration.This is my front.. how many years should we wait and suffer?
I appealed for my RTI regarding no proper answer from any one, not from govt side, not from MMC side and not even from mch side, this is fact, you can check my second video on the same

@@Dr.DineshSolunke but,MBBS degree completing.. doctor shouldn't do Allopathy practice without... registration done with MMC. MMC is only authority to do give registration...for modern medicine practice in Maharashtra state... Not MCH .
@@ranjitmohite2602 I know that, government of Maharashtra in yr 2014 made some amendment in old law and formed new law where few changes were made in both Homoeopathic law as well as as drug and cosmetic act, after this IMA approached Court, matter is still in court, MMC not taking registration is illegal, they can be sued in court. Yesterday i was present for appeal purpose in Mantralaya. Waiting for there written answer.

There is no stay of operation on CCMP course, neither from HC nor from SC so far. Hence, this legal matter has become infructous. 😊
But still MMC is not giving registration to ccmp passed students. Giving court as a reason.

Registration should be done with MMC...
MCH has no authority to give any certificate/registration regarding Allopathy .(Not valid)
