Those last big brown pods look sort of like bent chocolate hearts. You could cut off one of the wooden red roses and put it in there and save them for Valentine's Day.
Magnolia leaves are awesome for arrangements and wreaths. I have a 25 year old Brackens Brown Beauty I only ever trim for arrangements. In my zone 6 S.W. Ohio some bad winters it goes totally brown then drops all it's leaves and they all regrown in spring. On mild winter years it's kept all it's leaves and then had big beautiful blooms. It would definitely bloom better in a higher zone but I'm totally happy with it. Porch pots, hanging baskets and window boxes get the magnolia, juniper branches n blue and green, arborvitae in green and gold, some fake berry pics and bows are all done up thanks to yard trimmings and the dollar tree lol
Those larger items would be fab on a dining room table for a table scape. Gorgeous! Or you could use them in your fresh flower arrangements to make some really interesting texture! Thanks for sharing. I loved your excitement. :)
I bought a twisty willow tree on line a few years ago. It grows like crazy. Their branches are great to add to arrangements. The whole "foraging from your yard" idea prompted this thought.
Walnuts.....in shells....drill a hole in them and tie on a bow made of twine or jute or burlap twine (forgot what it's really called ). With the bigger pieces you might make a large floral arrangement....maybe sprayed with Mod Podge thinned with water to preserve the wood and set it atop a tall stand as a large display of what one could make or put it as an advertisement piece atop your store ( before the snow comes again ) or as a big display piece as you enter Grandpa's building....so of course you would need to cover it with plastic sheeting until the big day of Grandpa's new building reveal by the big tree 😊
I love using mushrooms on wreaths. Once I was gifted a grow your own mushroom box and let them dry in place then used them on wreaths so I didnt have to go forage!
If you are unable to use those wooden flowers in your reefs, you could make wooden flowers bouquets. I think they would look really pretty even with that big palm branch.
Every time I am in Florida visiting family I tell them they could make a fortune shipping magnolia branches up to all of us in the North. They really have no idea how expensive they are up here at Christmas time. LOL!
I foraged some grapevines and made a wreath and then collected feathers from my chickens who were molting and covered the whole wreath. It is really pretty.
You should use some aluminum florist pots and showcase the wreath making supplies as accents in your shop so people can see what you have to decorate with .. another idea for future, wreath making classes
I have a huge Magnolia tree in my front yard in Texas. From April through June, I rake up at least 2 to 3 leaf bags FULL of Magnolia leaves that fall to the ground here. They are so big and thick that they don't compost and would kill my lawn if I didn't clean them up. By the time leaf dropping season ends, the cones start to drop. The squirrels love to eat the red seeds on them. Had no clue there was a market for this stuff.
When I lived in Naples, Florida (2001 - 2009) I made a Wreath out of Palm Fronds (split in half), that long soft rope like Pine, Pine Cones, twiggy pieces and Berries. All things I collected from outside. Everyone wanted one. I made a few more then I had to stop because I had a lot of other XMas things to do! But they were large and beautiful. I think some craft store Birds and or Nests would really be lovely. Or- (if you want to keep it Earthy) Buy colors of potpourri and hot glue some flower like designs. If anything goes- then craft store theme wreaths- Bees and Honey (would be cute w.dried Oranges), Little Birds and Bird Houses, Picks and Ornaments...Artist...I could go on forever...
Variegated holly cuttings were added to the huge natural wreath placed on an old apple picking ladder under the olive tree here in SF Bay Area Z9b/Sunset Z17. We soaked all of the cuttings in a trash bag for a week prior to making the wreath. Happy Holidays to you and your family!
How fun!! And such beautiful finds!! I am sooo excited to see what you do with everything!! I’m thinking you will definitely figure out a way to layer some of the larger pieces with greens and those incredible wooden flowers 😊 I like the previous comment about the heart shaped pods too! I still want to be your helper elf! 🤣
I can hardly wait to see how you incorporate those beautiful creations into the wreath making. Always a hoot watching your videos! Keep ‘em coming please.
My magnolia was only 4 feet tall when I planted it. Everyone thinks I should take it down because it hides my house. It is huge and I love it. You have to have an old fashioned magnolia tree if you live in the south (NC)
What a great idea! I have a bunch of those flowers from Sola. I love how creative and outside the box you are. Loving the treat of multiple videos from your busy world. ❤
Oh, Nicole, those supplies are wonderful. I used much of those things when I was selling flowers years ago. Do you have a wholesale florist near you? You will be blown away with all the dried options. Perhaps a line of grapevine wreaths all year…if you have time. Perhaps Aunt Jan….she’s very artistic. I was going to suggest mushrooms…the kind that grow on the tree trunks. There’s so much out in the woods that you can use. Perhaps your children would enjoy foraging. Nature gives us so much. Nuts work out well also and can be spray painted. I like them natural, but a gold or silver walnut really pops. Those flowers are gorgeous. Can’t wait to see what you do with them. Even that troublesome Chinese bittersweet makes a good wreath….just dispose of the berries in a plastic bag or something that won’t allow them to get back to the ground and sprout. That’s free all along the roadsides. The vines are good for smaller wreaths….like a kitchen wreath with cinnamon stick and spices. Thats something I used to buy wholesale too…big long cinnamon stick. I used to cut them and make wishing wells and make silk flower arrangements in them. I would glue them around oatmeal containers that I cut and spray painted or any larger container that would hold the glue gun glue. You’re going down a new path. It will be a very creative and fun journey….I just don’t know how you will have time to take on more. You need more help. We’re your creative juices flowing all night after that unboxing? Mine would have been. Love and hugs to you all. 😊💕🦋🕊
How fun! I love those wooden flowers! And I bet those larger pieces would work in an outdoor evergreen container arrangement, especially since they have such long stems
I'll put essential oils on the The balls that you're calling nests. Or those cups I'll put like orange oil or cinnamon oil on them. In poke them into a beautiful pot with house plants as decor with a bow.
Love your video.i also use red berries and the red things on sumac trees which for me are free because they are everywhere here .waiting to see you make these wreaths they will be gorgeous
The palms would make nice fans with dried floral embellishments. The large items on sticks would likely overpower a wreath but make fun accents in dish gardens/houseplants or large bouquets. Those red cedar roses are beautiful. You are having too much fun shopping! lol
I have garlands that are made out of most of that dried stuf. Very beautiful to hang above the fireplace (but keep it away of an open flam off course because it's all very dry. Those "fan" like palm leaves, would look nice with dried flowers on them! (springtime feeling)
I wonder if you could scent the wood roses and lotus pods with oil, if it would last. I have little spruce cones in a bowl with clove oil and it has lasted well.
And most of these live versions you are getting you can use activa silica get in big plastic totes and dry all of these things I make whole wreaths and dry the made wreath in a huge tote takes about 7-15 days for most things n they look just like they are alive. But they do need to be spray sealed because they become fragile
Those to big dried palm leafs: you could make something cute with dry flowers with them, not something for this season but something to sell in your shop.
Girls i sware to gosh. If u cut the bottom of a pine comb like maybe 3 inches with sharp cutters. U will end up with those cedar roses she showed u. Try it they all turn out differently . Beautifulcolors of burnt orange, silver' brown. Its really pretty.
Hey Nicole do you have any Echinacea seed heads left, as well as clematis seeds! Definitely have cool structure! You also could make some gorgeous Ikebana flower arrangements with those cool natural elements especially the big ones! I was recently looking into dying grass heads as I love the feathery texture! Lots of available wild grass in NY, as well as cat tails! Blessings can’t wait to see all the beautiful wreaths you will be making! You could hold classes like Laura’s mom on Garden Answer! (Lol, in your spare time)🫤😏🙃😉Blessings ❤
Lots of cool things! I recently saw someone make pretty flowers from pistachio shells. Too labor intensive for me, but they were pretty. Some of the things that are too big for the wreaths might work for a larger flower arrangements.
You could use the palm leaves & other big pieces on a giant wreath. Janey on Dig Plant Water Repeat just recently had a video featuring Christmas decorations/trees from a bunch of different creators & one had a huge wreath with dried flowers that was stunningly gorgeous.
Cool haul! How about making indoor arrangements with the oversized things on sticks? You could team up with the local potter for some vases in earthy tones and sell the arrangements in your shop. I've been eyeing some white lichen growing on some oak logs in my woods and wondering if I could make flowers from them, sort of like your wood ones.
We've all been there! Late night shopping on the internet has its risks -- any interest in a girnormous bag of Japanese chili powder my husband bought? Seriously, it's a several century supply. I am sure you will find a use for the larger things -- they should be perfect for a dried arrangement.
the last alien pods look like hearts. you could always spray paint them red and use them for valentine arrangements❤
Those last big brown pods look sort of like bent chocolate hearts. You could cut off one of the wooden red roses and put it in there and save them for Valentine's Day.
I think the alien pods would look so cute with little gnomes, field mice, and/or other miniature woodland creatures.
The alien pods look big enough to make some adorable fairy houses or fairy gardens.
Magnolia leaves are awesome for arrangements and wreaths. I have a 25 year old Brackens Brown Beauty I only ever trim for arrangements. In my zone 6 S.W. I’m glad to know it grows there. Maybe I’ll add one 🤔
I love your enthusiasm Nicole. May God multiply your rest tonight. Merry Christmas and continued health and Blessings!
Those larger items would be fab on a dining room table for a table scape. Gorgeous! Or you could use them in your fresh flower arrangements to make some really interesting texture! Thanks for sharing. I loved your excitement. :)

The last one perfect for valentine, inside make it red gold color, it shape of hearts
Those wood flowers are SO CUTE and thank you for the warning about the seed pods. UGH UGH UGH they are SO ICKY ICKY ICKY
Walnuts.....in shells....drill a hole in them and tie on a bow made of twine or jute or burlap twine (forgot what it's really called ). Your Aunt could paint those palm fans ...
Lotus pods are beautiful when spray painted gold.
Those fans would make a beautiful table wreath
The large giant pods at the end reminded me of snowman mittens.
A lot of that stuff will work for door swags too. And cut the rods off and decorate as hanging bells, tree ornaments, etc. you got good stuff!
Spring fairy garden wreaths,oh the possibilities,,hahahaha

All those beautiful items on sticks should be used in Christmas planters, just get greenery to go with them.
When you get into making winter planters, the alien pods will be awesome!
OMG...A Dragonfly Wreath! Oooooo.
I can't wait for the alien pod, wooden roses and nests puppet show... give them.all lottle voices and set up a stage!! 😂

Dragonfly, you need to send her a photo of that wreathe. Maybe she’ll post wreaths sent in to her.
You could put the fans and bigger items with a few smaller ones in a vase and put a ribbon around the vase and sale those like that.
Can't wait to see your finish products...❤❤❤
Variegated holly cuttings were added to the huge natural wreath placed on an old apple picking ladder under the olive tree here in SF Bay Area Z9b/Sunset Z17. We soaked all of the cuttings in a trash bag for a week prior to making the wreath. Happy Holidays to you and your family!

You just make my day. Also I'm so glad I'm not the only one who loves the smell of dirt. I love a garden store in the spring just to smell the soil.
Woah those magnolia leaves 😮 gorgeous!
How fun!! And such beautiful finds!! I am sooo excited to see what you do with everything!! So much fun stuff! Those long squiggly things on sticks look like a smaller version but f the dried out stalks of my kale plants. 😂
Magnolia seed pods look really cool too
The cedar roses are actually cones from the Deodora cedar tree. They are so cool.
Merry Christmas!!!! Looking forward to all the holiday catching up videos
I can hardly wait to see how you incorporate those beautiful creations into the wreath making.
Always a hoot watching your videos! Keep ‘em coming please.
I use a lot of the big stuff in winter arrangements in a vase on the floor
Very excited to see your wreaths!
Maybe use 2 palm leaves and create a round background for a dried flower door decoration?
soon as I saw the red cedar rose thought it would be stellar cut down but in the frosty fern.
Beautiful theings. Maybe the fan palms could be the base for swags. Cheers 🇦🇺Bronwyn
So cool! Cant wait to see what you come up with.

I live 35 minutes from Barberville, sweet little Teeny Tiny Town.😊
How fun! I love those wooden flowers! And I bet those larger pieces would work in an outdoor evergreen container arrangement, especially since they have such long stems
Save some of your flowers and make dried flower arrangements with your new purchases.
I'll put essential oils on the The balls that you're calling nests. Or those cups I'll put like orange oil or cinnamon oil on them. In poke them into a beautiful pot with house plants as decor with a bow.
Pheasant feathers
Use those fan palm leaves to make and entire wreath!
For ribbon in other packaging supplies Paper Mart is amazing.
OMG! Nicole! Those wood carved flowers are gorgeous!
Some of the items would look very lovely with dry flowers wreath in spring or summer.
Just love the items that your going to put on wreaths. Can't wait to see.
I hope you turn the pods into Audrey II from Little Shop of Horrors for Halloween!
We use stag horn sumac, Holly branches, ivy,
Love your video.i also use red berries and the red things on sumac trees which for me are free because they are everywhere here .waiting to see you make these wreaths they will be gorgeous
Alien seed pods! A pearl white mini-ball glued inside? Like an oyster with its pearl?
The palms would make nice fans with dried floral embellishments. The large items on sticks would likely overpower a wreath but make fun accents in dish gardens/houseplants or large bouquets. Those red cedar roses are beautiful. You are having too much fun shopping! lol
To use up the extra large items maybe make some 4' or even 6' Wreath for the outside of buildings. Love it 💖
I have garlands that are made out of most of that dried stuf. Very beautiful to hang above the fireplace (but keep it away of an open flam off course because it's all very dry. Those "fan" like palm leaves, would look nice with dried flowers on them! (springtime feeling)
Maybe make a wreath out of the palm leaves for spring.
If I was a Becorn I would hang out in one of your wreaths😊 Thanks Nicole.
Nicole, You always make me laugh. Thank you! I too forget to read descriptions. 🎉🎉
I wonder if you could scent the wood roses and lotus pods with oil, if it would last. I have little spruce cones in a bowl with clove oil and it has lasted well.

You are hi,ARKit’s, Nicole! Thank you for sharing with us! Can’t wait to see more videos!
I meant to say you are hilarious, Nicole !
Make some tall vases also
Speaking of grapevines. How is the cutting from the 100 year old vine doing? I honestly loved your story about it. I hope it's doing well.
Girls i sware to gosh. If u cut the bottom of a pine comb like maybe 3 inches with sharp cutters. U will end up with those cedar roses she showed u. Try it they all turn out differently . Beautifulcolors of burnt orange, silver' brown. Its really pretty.
Goto vicarious shenanigans channel cutting pine combs to look like flowers. Its amazing
Makes me happy watching you unpack all the fun stuff!
Luv Sola Flowers is one of my favorites! I used them for all of my wedding flowers, including my own bouquet.
I used them for my wedding too!
The cedar roses remind me of Rosanne Brown lysianthus. I can't wait to see what you create! Hurry up...I haven't made my wreaths yet and need ideas.😅
I wonder what those bell cups are in terms of plants. Or is it wood? I think they would be great to use for bee cups during gardening season.
You might not be able to use some of those things in wreaths, but I could see them used in 'coastal' arrangements...very fun stuff!
Hey Nicole do you have any Echinacea seed heads left, as well as clematis seeds! Definitely have cool structure! (Lol, in your spare time)🫤😏🙃😉Blessings ❤
Ohh or you could make them into bouquets and wrap them in beautiful paper.
What fun! Can you cut those palms into smaller sizes and rewire them? I would give that a shot!
Lots of cool things! I recently saw someone make pretty flowers from pistachio shells. Too labor intensive for me, but they were pretty. Some of the things that are too big for the wreaths might work for a larger flower arrangements.

Can't wait for the wreath videos!!
I made homemade hamburger helper last night 😋. Can't wait to see what you do with these wreath ingredients!
We've all been there! Late night shopping on the internet has its risks -- any interest in a girnormous bag of Japanese chili powder my husband bought? Seriously, it's a several century supply. I am sure you will find a use for the larger things -- they should be perfect for a dried arrangement.
Can't wait for the pop-up.
Your wreaths are going to be gorgeous! I put cattails on mine.
Love this video Nicole! ❤ hamburger helper is the best dinner 🎉
Couldn't you use the big ones in the real flower arrangements? I think they would look cool. 🙂🇨🇦
❤❤❤
Would those large seed pods look good with a flower inside?
I would like to see your work
put the big stuff in planters
The last ones...the open pods...look like ....ear muffs on a stick. Lol
Those alien pods look like Akebia fruits.
