I remember those days. When I was a kid, I'd see punk rock gangs hanging around outside ASDA with their boomboxes. I always wanted to go and talk to them but my mum was always scared. 😂 I see the boombox days coming back somewhat with these smaller speaker systems. Teenagers have them on the local field blasting music at full volume. Everything comes and goes in cycles. Thanks for sharing the insides. Love looking inside old electronics. There's something about all the through-hole build with mechanical stuff that's so much more interesting than newer surface-mount component layouts. Much more going on and lots more thought in the design.
