I'm not really sure what you are referring to here. With a bit more detail I'll be able to help better.
we have a couple of these in the field and the handles all broke. I also had an older Getac and the handle broke on that too. I'd never buy a Getac. Everyone in the field I know prefers the Panasonics.
There's pros and cons to both sides. Depending which models you are comparing, the argument could go either way. Thanks for sharing!
