सर अधिकार तो समझा लिए अपने पर मदद नहीं करते आप मैंने बहुत बार मैसेज किया अगर कंजूमर कोर्ट में जायेंगे तो उल्टा हमारा पैसा रिफंड से ज्यादा वकील की फिस और चालान पर लगेगी ।
भाई आपकी सुनवाहि हुई क्या
Consumer court में जाओगे तो वहा आपका काम 100₹ में हो जायेगा आपको बस फाइल बना कर देनी है जो भी प्रोब्लम है वही के वकील से मिल कर।और वो केस फाइल करवा देंगे। स्टूडेंट को 100₹ से ज्यादा नहीं देने होते हैं।
और आप चाहो तो ऑनलाइन भी बात कर सकते हो वो आपकी प्रोब्लम लिख लेंगे। बट बेहतर होगा आप खुद चलें जाए काम हो जायेगा।
और अगर आप पर्सनल वकील करते हैं तो वो 2k या 2k प्लस लेंगे। पर काम हो जायेगा आप एक बार कंज्यूमर कोर्ट चले जाइए।

Maine diploma engg. Ka couce kiya tha vahan par bahut atyachar hota tha students ke upar. Ki teachers ka bad behavior, students keliye facultys nahi thi aur padhayi ke lectures hi lete the.. Aur teachers ke pass Bahut sare bahano ki list hai ki voh students ko pareshan karte hai aur baar baar use dhamkate hai ki agar tumne complaints ki to voh tumhari yeh fake baate bata kar tumhe collage se bahar niklva denge. Aur hostel main bahut ragging hota hai. Koi Rectors dhyaan nahi dete.
Ek baar hostel ke khaane main ek condom tak nikl aaya tha khane ke sath.
Food poisoning vi huwa tha.
...cctv camera bhi hai pure camps main par kabhi hume dikhate hai ki vahan pr kya huwa tha.
Bahut se students padhaayi likhaayi chod dete hai iss university valon se dar kar.. Main apne haq ko sath main lekar ladna chahta hoon. Please.. Mujhe kyaa karna chahiye..

respected sir i am from dehradun studied till 12 from jharkhand and for my further studies i have taken admission in Mumbai and in First year Bcom in year 2021 , and due to some financial and family reasons i want to take transfer certificate from my college now but the admission facility teacher is not giving my documents by saying its the rule of Mumbai university we cannot give you transfer certificate now you have to complete the first year and they will give me transfer certificate after the completion of the year . i searched soo many times but did not able to find where it is mentioned that college will not give transfer certificate to the students in middle of the first year i asked her to show me where it is written as a rule becouse i am unable to find it by myself but she rejected it by saying search it yourself .she denied to take my request application i was giving to her for my transfer certificate can you please look at my request and help me out .

Firstly they said i have to pay full year fees if i want to cancel my admission. Then i talked to registrar & then they give me a no dues from. It took my 3 days to fill up the form & taking signs of all the departments in university.
On 23 nov 2022 i filled the form & submitted.
But the admission head Junaid sir forced me to write a note that "I don't want any refund from university."
They said if i don't write the note they will not give me my original documents.
So i unwantedly written the note and taken my documents.
But they haven't given me any refund (32000/-).
According to ugc fee refund policy 2022 if a student cancel admission before 31 dec 2022, the full fees amount should be refunded after deducting not more then 1000/- processing fees.
Sir, please look into the matter and deliver me my fees refund from the vivekananda global University, jagatpura(Jaipur).
