The reason less than 100 people in the game don’t have oppression is because of heavenly pot shortage. The most I’ve seen someone pop H2s besides this guy was a dude who popped h2 in glitch and he got oppression no problem.
Not everyone has the patience to save up potions for a biome they may never get so of course with people who have 10-15 h2 potions saved up it’ll lessen your chance to get the aura
But this guy had 90 and didn’t get it, his chances were significantly boosted and he couldn’t pull it 🤦🏾‍♂️

Its kinda sad you got Overture history for thr second time because in case you dont know, the way aura skins work is that everytime you get an aura with a skin, theres a X% or a 1/X of you getting that skin. For example exotic apex is a 1/500 or 0.2% chance of obtainment everytimr you roll an exotic. So that said, when you roll overture history, your rolled overture and hit the 50% chance of getting history skin instead. If you didnt hit that 50% chance (1/2), you would have gained overture instead of your second overture history. Either way, ggs on your impeached, 5 glitches and overture history and you really deserved oppression so its unfortunate you didnt get it. GGs!
