Turns out Scrap man might not just be a black country thing. I cant remember if i elaborated in the video but i think the scrap man song is a black country thing they sing/shouts "IRON ANY OLD IRON" and they collect all your scrap metal for free and sell it at garages scrap yards. 😂
Common thing with the song megaphone chants in Shropshire 😂

I'm in the East Midlands and we get scrap men here too, though instead of yelling through a megaphone they play a very recognizable & dissonant loud horn.

In the UK it's how they used to do ASMR before it all went online. My local ASMRtist would go from street to street on a horse and cart with a microphone.
