@@evan_sunprince I also think people were originally v upset that it wasn’t Barret Wilbert Weed as Veronica. I remember a lot of controversy about Carrie not being typically ‘thin’. Just stupid things, personally Carrie is my favourite MT actress. She did a great job, as did the rest of the cast sorry for the rant 😅

While Barret is my favourite, I still agree because Carrie’s a close second and she’s still OUTSTANDING as Veronica
See I always say I have my fav cast from both American and UK casts. Which is Barrett and Carrie I love them both as much bc they both showed amazing performances.
Well, the UK version generally wasn't very... Good imo. Might be an unpopular opinion, but they really morally whitewashed Veronica.

Little Shop is one of my all time favourite musicals and MJ Rodriguez is my absolute favourite Audrey (which is really saying something since I'm a massive fan of Kerry Butler's!), she was absolutely breathtaking
