An interracial couple has to come to terms with the fact that we will have to travel and sometimes be with one side and sometimes the other. Thankfully both families support us wherever we are. We will surely visit our Chinese family of even more back someday. No need to worry.

其实美国人过节日更加重视家人相聚，更近符人情，人性，一家族人在家中团聚天伦，兄弟姐妹拿出拿手的好菜色，带来分享，大人小孩一齐在家中交流，畅所欲言，美国人喜欢在家中餐聚，很自然，随意，与国内相比往往是去大酒楼吃喝喧闹的确是少了商业化，但讲求实在的美国人在这方面的确值得学习！
不知道你在啥城市是这样的，我周边的朋友亲戚都还是在家里自己做年夜饭，所以不要以你自己的情况就否定他人。
