all the people who got the parts are just being natural and being quite they probably let there acting do the speaking the rest are just being too over the top

I don't know why people think they have to be loud and confident at auditions to get picked. it really doesn't matter they just care about your character and are not too concerned if you are the outgoing type normally as long as you can act. It's really weird and just gives you less of a chance.
ginger in the rogers exactly thats it they obviously think being loud will make them stand out and get the part but it all comes down to ur talent in the end and how u preform In ur audition
