As it's mentioned on indigo website that selected crew have to sign up a contract of three years do we have to pay any compensation money if we choose to resign before 3 years?
No you don't have to pay any compensation. But if u resign before 3 yrs then u will not recieve your money that u gave to the company during your training i.e. 50k
I never went for cabincrew interview but there's something always in my mind which attract me always toward this job once I went for ground staff but at that time they were hiring experienced candidates my height is quite good weight also ok but I hve one little scar on the forehead now thinking should I go for the interview or not

One peo tip (the day u will start believing in it u will already improved) : Be confident and believe in your own thoughts,words,and what u say and want to convey. Believe it and be confident that yes u have got really good English and communication skills. And do that practice everyday. ❤️ I will b coming up with the video really soon ❤️ but until then make sure u practice listening, speaking and thinking in English

You took classes from flash crew instead of that u reject for 2 times ps why did not u guys tell the truth u never tell that u also take classes for cabin crew
Hello, they take 50,000 for training and after you complete your 3 years of service in Indigo, they will refund the money back to you!! If you leave the job in middle, before completing the 3 years, you won't get the training money back!!

No not at all.. it’s not an airlines interview it’s fraud if they are asking you to give them money during interview process
