my idea to add Sonic.EXE into the actual canon. we know that his real name is X so he'd the result of another one of Eggman's experiment involving a artificial organism like with Morpha from the comics but this one is a Sonic clone made using the energy of the Chaos Emeralds. however, the energy was a evil one and made the clone evil and broke free of Eggman's control which causes big problems for Morbius.
