Glad it will come in handy. I just removed the deck again yesterday to put on my snowblower on for the season. I had only done it once before when I made the video on the new tractor. I actually had to reference my own video to remember how to do it. Apparently I have the memory of a goldfish lol. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
@@HobbyUniverseOutdoors Same here. The first 2 times I dropped the deck I had to jack up the front axle to get clearance. But this time it slid right out. It is a little tricky to pull the lift arm down without weight on it but getting them up and out of the way was key.
Update… watched your videos one more time and I removed the deck, changed both mower belts, removed and sharpened the blades, greased it quick, re-installed the deck, and leveled it too all in an hour. Was one a roll so I also changed the oil (factory filter was a SOB to get off just like yours) and added fluid to the transaxle. Will change at 50 hours (mine only has 37 hours). Thanks again for all your great videos!
I’m glad you got some use out of the videos and thanks again for commenting. 🙂. I’ll be doing a 200 hour service on a friends x530 in the next couple weeks. I’ll be prepared with a filter wrench this time…
Nice job on the directions! Took less than 15 minutes following with the video and taking pictures to help remember in spring. Great job!
Glad you found it helpful and thanks for taking the time to comment! 🙂
Great video. I have a 590 and need to watch this every fall so I can remember how to do it.

Excellent video. Much better than trying to read and understand the owners manual.
