I also see those kind of diet is more well balanced and seeing how your body metabolism works. But I guess Junho got it all figured out! He cut his weight down so fast and still looking healthy
Some of the male kpop performers are so slender, it's very hard to know which body type they are for sure. Namkoong Min's bulk for "The Veil" was all anyone needed to know he's a mesomorph; it's very very hard for an ectomorph to achieve that size.
Is tht why his overall look in the Red Sleeve seems a bit edited? I keep being drawn at how his nose became extra pointed and tall, also his face really seems smoothened and narrowed a bit, so I really thought it was being edited.😅
