Do flat twist. All your doing is adding hair in to the bottom piece

Clip ins from Studiotechilo on instagram & between "22,24 or 26" I don't remember the specific length.
How long can you leave it in?
I keep mines in for about 2 weeks, 3 weeks if I retouch it up it on that 2nd week.
