    what kind of hose are you using for the drain? Is that just a regular washer hose? I've misplaced the Danby connector so am just using a regular metal hose clamp for now and it seems to be working OK, though I do worry about leaks.

      Regular garden hose will work without an issue!

    I have this model in black, i have cleaned the filter twice with soapy water and ice buildup still accumulates on the filter while dehumidifier is running. And it is not too cold in my small basement, its around 18 degrees celsius. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

    I have a similar machine from pro breeze that connects to my phone, when I'm on the app it says the filter is dirty even though I've cleaned it thoroughly do you think it means the coils inside are dirty ?

      There may be a reset button when you clean the filter that needs to be pushed to reset the filter cleaning interval… I would look for that first. Thank you for watching!
