I only use acrylic on the bottom layer, and the medium is water. After the acrylic is completely dry, I use oil on top, and the medium is turpentine or stand oil. Thank you!

No red was used in this work, burnt sienna was used for the skin tone, and the glazes I use usually use a lot of turpentine to dilute the pigments.Thank you！

Fantastic work! I have never painted in oils over acrylics. Is there any danger of the chemistry of the two reacting? By that I mean oil delaminating from the acrylic under layers.

Acrylic paint has the same properties as canvas primer, which is equivalent to applying several more layers of primer.Thank you！
