I'm here because I read "Art of the Deal" and the Wollman rink chapter. Wanted to know more about the man. Now I know we got the right guy for our country's infrastructure.

I opened the skating rink and met him, Ivanka and 2 children. Managed food & catering for T.A.M. food services. Good times.

Trump shared this story differently, he said he went to the Montreal canadiens for help for the ice, he said he knew the owner personally and the Montreal canadiens helped him build that rink
that rink' was built in the 50's. He didn't build it, he repaired it.
Trump is an awesomely smart dedicated guy.

Trump has always known how to delegate responsibility to those who know what they are doing. Who better to call on to fix a skating rink than a friend affiliated with a hockey team? Obama's problem was that he filled his "cabinet" with people from academia, textbook "experts", NOT experts at actually doing things. Those who can, DO, those who can't, TEACH!

If that is true, does it matter? Trump is taking flack for being the president and doing it for FREE, too. He donates his "salary" to various causes, NOT going into HIS bank account. His daughter and son-in-law are also doing their jobs for NO pay. He gave up his life of luxury to be harassed by people like you and everybody on the left and even people on the right, who are jealous that he beat them and is showing the world what "do-nothings" Congressmen and women really are! Would you do that for no pay? The bottom line is, he made it happen, in less time than the contract called for AND under budget. He took NO money for getting the rink up and running and has never taken a penny for it.
