A421 Series Standard Electronic Temperature Controls:
The A421 Series Electronic Temperature Controls are
single-stage, electronic temperature controls with a
single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) output relay.
A421 controls feature a backlit LCD with adjustable
brightness and three-button touchpad interface that
can be set up to restrict user adjustments. An LED
indicates the output relay's On/Off status.
A421 controls have simple On and Off temperature
settings for heating or cooling, an adjustable anti-short
cycle delay, temperature setback, and sensor offset
capability. The temperature control range is
40 to 212°F or -40 to 100°C.

Good job Jumper, You can screw the grounding conductor to the housing or frame of the appliance and it usually will make it back to ground, usually.

Drilling holes and the swarf goes everywhere dropping down onto the product.whilst its only bottles, if the swarf sticks to the bottle, the bar tender doesn't notice because hes mad busy and pours a drink, then the swarf drops into the glass, customer drinks it. Boom you're in court
Oh and flicking bits of stripped cable plastic around inside the cabinet isn't great either..

If you mounted the sensor behind the coil then that’ll be the supply and won’t be temping right . For return air you mount it right behind the fans
The final location isn't ideal right up in the corner ideally it should be in free air but manufacturers also do this. Besides as it's only bottles it's not critical

Sensor has to be strapped to the fan guard since air is sucking in...and you should fix your cut in and cut out that will help your solenoid vlave open and close when it's supposed too

probably didn't have one to the fans cause the fans are mounted to the metal box
Excellent video as usual, JMT. As mentioned, did you think about a door switch for the lights. Maybe they only turn off on defrost? I've been using those Kneeling pads for years, $14.97 at the HD.
Thank you! I wanted to install door switches, but the customer didn't agree to that. There is no defrost cycle on this unit and the lights stay on all the time. That kneeling pad is great. Glad I got one. Thanks for watching 🙏🔧⚡️🤙

They are on all of the time. Does not matter if LED are on constantly, no heat. Other bulbs give off heat.
