Great video Lindsi, loved seeing what you have stitched on.😀. Brenda is fantastic isn't she, she is so calm and very informative and she stitches a amazing projects. I must admit I am getting more and more interested in the Spring Montage along with the other seasons. CZook stitches is stitching it and for some reason her stitch is really calling to me. i believe is from the wonderful Paine free Crafts. That was one birthday haul🤪😀. Have a good stitchy week etc. I wish your mum a speedy recovery from her hip op. Stay safe and well🤗

Thank you so much! I just love Brenda, like you say she’s so calm and collected and she has so many great tips and so many great projects. Most things she stitches I want to as well 😂
Yes the montages are from Paine Free Crafts. They are really fun to work on - not necessarily artwork I would have been drawn to, but seeing others stitching them up got me hooked…
Happy stitching to you too! Lindsi xx

I'm about 6 weeks out from hip replacement and probably your grandmother's age. Your Mom will be fine. It's amazing how all of a sudden you're walking with no assistance. 🙏🏼 for her recovery. I agree with you about starting what you have kitted up. You will get them finished or at least enjoy the journey. Happy Stitching. ❤❤❤

Thank you so much for your words of reassurance Kathy - I will pass it on to mum ☺️ And thank you for your advice about starting things - I’m definitely going to be heeding that xx

    Hi Lindsi
    Love this Video -
Love your WIPS - Beautiful Progress on them. They are so pretty.
Love your Haul that you got….wow.
I love Cherry Pepsi - I get it from the Soda Fountain at Casey’s which is a General Store with a Gas Station and Hot Foods - their Pizzas are really good. I got a Small Supreme Pizza Friday Night. It was out of this world. Their Pizzas are home made and they make their dough as well.
    Take Care & Happy Stitching

    Hi Lindsi,
Another fantastic video. I enjoyed it thoroughly especially when you say “I have a new start.” Because I always want to see which full coverage you’ve started next. I’m with you, I don’t care about how many WIPs I have-I enjoy stitching!
May I ask where you order your 25 count Lugana from? You always say I’ve bought a large piece. I would love to buy more than 1 yard piece and that it comes as one piece and not two of three separate yard pieces.
    See you next time!

Hi Clara, thank you so much!! I’m very much joining the loads of wips club but I’m loving it 😂
Are you in the UK? I order mine from Wool Warehouse mostly - they offer lots of different sizes and it’s reasonably priced, plus you can usually find a discount code… xx

Hi Lindsi! I had to smile watching this because I have both the Lanarte Four Seasons kit and Spring at HRH as WIPS! Not worked on them for a while but I’ll probably pull them out again when you start your 😃 Hope your mum has continued to do ok 🤞

Oh that’s so funny Alison! What fabric did you choose for the HRH? Need to kit that up… xx

Hi Lindsi. So nice to have you keep me company as I stitch. I am having special treatment for my eye disease and bone density (medication form) and it is causing me pain in my arms but I decided after days of not stitching that I just had to do it today...pain or not. I am doing a full coverage SAL with a friend. Both of us don't like parking thread which I see so often. You don't park do you? I would love to hear your tips and tricks.
I stitched a series of 4 charts that Marjolein Bastin put out especially for a woman's magazine here in The Netherlands. They remind me of you season collages. Her name is pronounced phonetically Mar-yo-line Bass-tin. She does such amazing artwork and I never miss an exhibition. I have a large piece that it is WIP and really need to dig it out. Seeing yours made me want to get the one I have back out.
Have a super Sunday and happy stitching! 🧵

Hi Heidi!! I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve not been feeling great - how long is the treatment going to last?
Ooh, what full coverage have you started? To be honest, my main tip for keeping on top of stitching cross country is to use Pattern Keeper 😂 but also, I only travel within the page I’m working on (or just slightly over) because I find I make mistakes if I travel further than that… I might put a video of this nature on my list of things to film in the future if you think that would be helpful?
I haven’t even thought of looking at Marjolein Bastin’s artwork - makes sense now. I will definitely check it out - there are some other pieces I’ve seen from her that look lovely too… I would love to see the one you’re working on - definitely dig it out ☺️ xx

Yes it was me that stitched a Little Beach Hut designs pattern, mine was a fox, your otter family is very cute!
You’ve got so many lovely things lined up to stitch - I thing what we need is 48 hours days?

Wilbur is the pig in Charlotte’s Web, originally a book by EB White, an animated movie. I too am doing this after seeing Janet Jabber’s quick progress.

Lovely video, I really enjoy your film style, different than any other narrowboat blogger👍🏼. Do you knit all the knitwear you wear? I remember you saying you learned to knit during Covid and you have some very nice knitwear👏🏼👏🏼🙋🏼‍♀️

Is it all full crosses on the stoney creek christmas Afghan? Is there any reason it couldn’t be stitched on a higher count fabric to make the finish smaller? X

    • @BlushingPinkStitches
      @BlushingPinkStitches  Год назад

I believe it’s all full crosses yes - you could totally do it on a smaller count and finish it in a different way ☺️ xx
