So, I'm going to attempt these with mango, guava, pineapple, passionfruit, a puree with chunks of fruit, coconut and macadamia nut. Then there's Japanese cheese cake. Gonna have to visit Sutura Cakes in Los Altos, this has caused massive cravings! Thnx for sharing, inspiring me.
@ i'm not sure. I just know that whipping egg whites in a cold bowl helps to keep the fluffy structure. Don't know if it applies the same way when pouring the water
