[4] The empirical basis for hypothesizing that gonadal hormones influence gender identity and sexual orientation is based on animal experiments involving manipulations of hormones during prenatal and early neonatal development. It is accepted dogma that testes develop from the embryonic gonad under the influence of a cascade of genes that begins with the expression of the sex-determining gene SRY on the Y chromosome (4,5). Before this time, the embryonic gonad is "indifferent," meaning that it has the potential to develop into either a testis or an ovary. Likewise, the early embryo has two systems of ducts associated with urogenital differentiation, Wolffian and Müllerian ducts, which are capable of developing into the male and female tubular reproductive tracts, respectively. Once the testes develop, they begin producing two hormones, testosterone and antiMüllerian hormone, or AMH. In rats this occurs around day 16 to 17 of gestation, while in humans it occurs at about 7 to 8 weeks of gestation (6). Testosterone and one of its derivatives, dihydrotestosterone, induce differentiation of other organs in the male reproductive system, while AMH causes the degeneration of the Müllerian ducts. Female ovaries develop under the influence of a competing set of genes that are influenced by expression of DAX1 on the X chromosome and act antagonistically to SRY. The female reproductive tract in the embryo develops in absence of androgens and later matures under the influence hormones produced by the ovary, in particular estradiol.

With due respect, Ghamidi sahb's lecture that you have put in the description, nowhere it says that Eve was not created from Adam, it is actually the opposite. Moreover, there are several Hadith in Bukhari and Muslim which show that female was indeed created from Adam's ribs. It does not justify the oppression of women in our society or in any other but actually the opposite. How men are supposed to be the caretakers of women and is also been mentioned in the later verse of Surah Nisa.
(4:34) Men are the protectors and maintainers of women because Allah has made one of them excel over the other and because they spend out of their possessions (to support them). Thus righteous women are obedient and guard the rights of men in their absence under Allah's protection.
This verse perfectly explains the mutual roles of men and women in a relationship.

All the social and political orders have been maintained on the basis of some myths. It was necessary, thousands of years ago, to maintain different classes to engender a stable society while now the ideal of human equality is sought not only by Westerners but also by the people of Eastern Civilization, thus producing the novel ideas of Gender Equality and the social construction of anything that enslaves some humans while liberating others. The characteristics you were talking about that men can target small things accurately while women are time conscious can also come under the umbrella of social construction e.g we know that some women cricketers can throw the ball at the wickets better than most men; at the same time some men, like Benjamin Franklin, are more time conscious than most women. There has been popular discourse on the social construction of sex too, with the advent of Judith Butler ideas. Bottom line is that the society that we perceive has been constructed so in order to maintain the human survival agenda. While some ideals that are necessary for it can seem indispensable now but after some decades they, too, will disappear. WELCOME TO THE ERA OF POSTMODERNISM.

@irsam I was not talking about the outliers but the fluidity of the concept. Females are not genetically programmed to be inferior, be it in the case of muscle power or mental ability. You have to grasp the intuition behind your own comment i.e. If a woman can become a UFC fighter and beat an average man then it means that any women who work on her body can beat the same average; this same concept applies to every gender category. Thus, in order to be superior, one doesn't have to conform to the stereotypes, instead one has to look upon the outliers and transform one's mental and physical abilities. A Prime Minister rules everyone and he is not the strongest due to his/her muscle power rather it is the process whereby he/she goes through.
@irsam Societies were matriarchial before and there you could find an average woman having higher social status in the socio-political hierarchy than an average man, while it is not the case nowadays. Between 800-1100 A.D, an average Asian Muslim was better equipped with human and social capital as compare to a European, while it is not the case nowadays. Between 1776-1860, an average Briton was more qualified than an average American, while it is not the case nowadays; and so on and so forth. So you cannot justify your stance through the "average" percentage of something by judging the present socio-political milieu
