Thank you for taking the time to share this with us right now! My feed has been so full of the horrible, scary garbage that is going on that it took me 4 days to see your video. Your motivational messages at the end always cheer me but they are exceptionally helpful and hopeful today! 💖💖
Glad you went to see the sandhill cranes - I just think they are so amazing! I just saw kiwis (the birds) last night on Stewart Island New Zealand - wrapping up my Down Under trip and ready to come home after an amazing time! You are such an inspiration, and I love following your adventures big and small. ❤
You always inspire and bring me hope. Your example, encouragement, and light, is especially needed and appreciated in these dark times. You are the sisters I always wanted
My brother Tom& I did Peru years ago.. we loved the sacred valley, the hiking, the people & the food. Amazing place. Hope you can get to it while in So America. So much to experience!
Hi ladies, the Slavin Gulch trail looked pleasant with some nice views. Those vintage campers were really cool. So South America in March! We'll all be excited to follow along! Take care.
If you get out towards Green Valley, you should check out Madera Canyon. It’s a lovely area with nice hikes. It almost doesn’t feel like AZ up there. Thanks for taking us along.
Sending love and hugs right back atcha ladies 💕 Love tagging along with you ladies on your adventures, especially at this moment in time 😢 Good for you, heading out on another exciting adventure. Thanks “so” much for allowing us to tag along!!!! 💙
I'm really happy to see you both out on the trails again. I spend some time in Willcox. La Unica and Isabel's would be top 10 in Tucson, super good. There's lots more to do ion that side of the state f you have time. 191 up to Alpine is a bucket list thing. The East Baldy trail near Big Lake has to be in the top 5 best hikes in Arizona. Pretty cold and snowy at the moment though. Riggs Flat lake on Mt. Graham is so beautiful. That's a nice drive too.
Grabbing the hugs and love! Thanks for sending them in this video along with the rest of your message. I SO Appreciate the positivity - and my first sight of the year for cranes - even if it is just on a video. They’ll be back where I am soon and we will celebrate their presence as we do each year - Sandhill Cranes are such wonderful purr-ers! Love all your outings - some of which I’ve visited in person in the not too distant past. Maybe another opportunity will present itself in the not too distant future. Keep on keeping on! Looking forward to your upcoming spring adventure!
“I’m tellin’ ya, the entire month has been unbelievable.” Such an TRUE statement - and so much more than just the weather. Always good to see you out & about. Happy Trails to you 🎶
Love you two! Thanks for being a light in the darkness right now. I have a question and a training hike suggestion. Question: Were those sandhill cranes? Suggestion: If you want a fantastic hike, go to the top of Mt. Wrightson, in the Santa Rita Mountains. Goes up several thousand feet. There may be snow and ice on top (take your microspikes), but this would be a good time of year because it might not be too hot at the bottom. I used to live in Tucson and this was one of my all-time favorites.
Thank you for this video of the great varied things you've been doing. Always on the move. Tell us more about S. America or don't you have a plan yet? Were those grey birds sand cranes? If so, our sand cranes have red on their heads. Take care, be safe.
What a great video. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate it a 9 I had to deduct 1 point for the CR hat Kristy was wearing 🤣I am an Atlanta Braves fan so I couldn’t let that slide…but in all seriousness you two are the best. Looking forward to the next great adventure . Sending you both hugs and happiness . Stay safe. Later❤
Thank you for the beauty and positivity! I really needed to hear these positive words today. ❤ Have been heading down the rabbit hole with the political landscape.
I heard that Canada cut the PCT trail so it now ends before Canada. I have never been to a hot spring. How is it different than a bath? Enjoy the warmer weather! Sweetwater Wetlands Park has a lot of birds in the morning. It is right next to the freeway though. Happy exploring!
Canada didn’t cut the trail as it has always ended exactly where it is. What they did do was to block hikers from walking the 7-8 miles into Canada in order get to a road. Kinda sad but not too surprising considering the hostility coming from the new administration towards Canada.
Thank you for a little bit of light in this darkness that's overwhelmed our country. Wish I could be in the desert right now

Whitewater Draw is AMAZING, especially if you get there in the early morning. We camped a couple of weeks outside of Bisbee and loved every minute
Bizbee is a tourist attraction now? Thanks as always for sharing.

It's on our list, thanks. And yes, Sandhill cranes.
We were in Bisbee for Obamas first inauguration. Went to a ball! You can imagine how interesting that evening was.

White water Draw is awesome. Water is so low this year though.

teresabass - I surely know what you mean. One has to keep the faith and four years is a long time.
Thanks for the positive messages. I'll be hanging out in Colorado for the next two months. Outdoor fun!
May I ask what brand bathing suit Annette had on. Loved the style.
