Hit and run occurs during crosswalk. The driver was going on top speed and did not stop when the driver could see what was ahead.
@EnchantedSmellyWolf this is why we should never assume drivers are going to value our life, I often see pedestrians and bicyclists putting their life on the line by trusting that drivers will acknowledge them.
@@consciousrosin I agree, but still, a driver's duty is to be responsible on their end. I understand that most that went through driver education must've care less through most precaution advice which os very sad and a huge problem to their ego.

Nothing nice to say in condolences for the life lost or the people morning ? Just want to diss Oakland- that is low as a hit and run. What do you do to make Oakland better ? You make it worse. RIP to the Professor. Peace for the mourners who miss him - pass on his knowledge to the world. 🌍
