Yes it feels sad that original or simple masala dosa is not seen by youtube video . I am from Bhubaneswar and here these hybrid dosa are not popular and very few places one can find it 🤠
Everytime I saw India street food, I don't understand the need to be dramatically fast while wasting a lot of food. Economically speaking, the food they waste is a loss when they need maximum profit. But that just my opinion. I love eating India food anyway
We are as and more economical and spendthrift folks on the face of earth as any, but come nad see the queue to get the food, when you stand for the food and fight for it everyday, this much wastage will be more than justifiable, especially in comparison to western economies, its ignorable.
No doubt it's so delicious and beautifully made but what happened to our traditional dosa though? It would have committed suicide after seeing the tortures that these dosas have to go through

Why in India everything is sold in small packaging, like those Amul butter. Isn't it more cost effective if you buy in a much larger container, especially if you running a business?

To maine soch lia tha ki main RUclips channel khol kar apni recipe logo ko dikhaunga hi and then 9th class me maine ek channel channel start kia tha but mmy papa mana kr die the ki abhi pdhai me dhyaan do ye sb mat kro 12th ke bad krna jo krna hai...but mne 10th board ke khtm hote hi maine apna new youtube channel "Cooking Beast Ayaz" start kiya... Aur uske baad se regular recipe videos upload kr raha hu ... But likes aur views naa ke barabar aate hai fir b main upload rehta hu mujhe bas logo ko apni skill dikhana hai....* u8 jl w
