It's really hard to avoid spoilers when they're uploading these as they happen. Unless you're watching live, you really can't avoid the chance that you'll accidentally see the title of the next video. It's not exactly feasible to not list the competitors in the title of the VODs, and that will tell you who won any previous matchups simply by process of elimination. Personally, I don't so much care about being surprised as I do actually watching the strategies and top level gameplay.
Zoun actually did huge damage with his oracle harass in game one. Commentators totally missed the drone kills that ultimately caused Serral to be behind for the rest of the game.
@@fransvalli1985 I mean, 7 drones killed with 2 oracles is just average. It may look a lot because usually it is not 7 at the same time, but maybe like 3 with the first oracle and then 4 with the second or something like that but serral was in a completely normal position for the game.
@@fransvalli1985 Yeah I'm not sure how big a deal that really was. Zerg are a lot better at absorbing worker losses than the other races are; being able to make large batches of drones at once means a lot less lost mining time. You have be killing them consistently, to not only stack the mining losses but prevent them from using larva for something else. We've seen top zerg players lose dozens of drones in the early game and still win in the end.
I've been avoiding spoilers but I didn't expect @feardragon64 to spoil it in the tournament itself! Scarlet vs Nightmare is literally the next video in the series, why would you tell me how each of the 5 games went?!
Zoun was looking good against Serral, but Serral's is so good at countering and his bleeding the opponent out tactics are flawless. He really is a very good player.
To be fair, Serral was clearly not playing his best this tournament. He seemed to be a step or two behind throughout the tournament. I don't know if everyone else is just evolving faster or Serral is starting to slow down, but he certainly doesn't seem to be operating on the same level as even his last big tournament.
Seems most are used to it, but I can't stand the state of SC2 commentary (Tastosis notwithstanding). There needs to be a massive shakeup in the "meta," so to speak. Too many problems to list, but the VODs take on a whole new life with the constant chatter muted. I think it's because the commentary assumes the viewer can keep up with professional play AND keep up with professional analysis, which is exhausting. Commentators are more concerned with their own analysis than with providing the viewer the best experience (which has always been Tastosis focus)
Constant chatter is a hallmark of female broadcasters. I see it all the time in golf as well. It’s like, I get it, you know the subject at hand. Now let me enjoy the damned match. This chick droned on so much it made my head hurt.
This is the weakest play I've ever seen from Serral. He's usually such a dominating force in every game, even when he loses (which is super rare) and I felt like he seemed to be struggling through the entire tournament. I hope that this is a short lived funk and that he can return to dominance in future tournaments. Even now it feels weird to think of his play as weak. It's only weak in comparison to what we think of as Serral's standard play.
Please don't make spoilers about other games. When I watch vods one by one I don't want to know about results upfront!
Maybe watch them in proper chronological order and you’d avoid that issue?

Yeah, I was also surprised they didn't address the 7 drone kills there

@@danagray9709sometimes, champions needs an L to push themselves.
Its all good
10 minutes into the video, the biggest battle is between the casters on how to pronounce Zoun.
It's because no normal human being could ever get along with her
how many kills on the disruptors on game 1?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Fun games, but the male announcer says way too many spoilers.
why does the male commentator keeps saying jaun?? it's like he refuses to pronounce the player's name correctly which makes jiro sense!
JAUNE
keeps saying jaund for some reason
Maybe they were thinking about the Zh sound like in Zhao
These games are unwatchable without tastetosis...please bring them back

Man just create a new name. Jaune
Serral has à khabib in mma. Always the same always constant but so dirty
