He would regen and if he made her bow its because she knew she wouldnt be able to do it and ghidorah would loose all his enegy from some gravity beams being exploded and tell me how did he regen his wings? And btw he didnr buff him thts just how slick's kaijus\dinossaurs are made aka more agile and etc so shimo ans ghidorah were buffed here but in a real fight they already said shimo needed godzilla to be able to freeze ghidorah because she couldnt do it alone

But yeah, the ending was not that she lost or anything, she just doesn't wanna continue the fight to the death since she's not that kind of Titan like Godzilla who on the aggressive side.
