There is after all THE BURDEN OF PROOF isn’t there? I am a man and I feel I am repeatedly wronged in my line of work (unrelated to sexual harassment) but can’t prove it in a court of law and therefore I can’t file a law suit. It is frustrating but the victim does have to show proof on the matter. We can’t just go by our feelings or he said and she said.

I’m glad that Ms. Hill moved on with life and career, she didn’t let that horrible experience taint her.
