Many thanks Deborah, this helped me with the formula I needed, using the nested if statement but also because the field I was using was a text field I also needed to use the right function.

@1:26:00 xlookup , is there way so that whatever is displayed in formula , same corresponding value is displayed in revenue-example if $1166 is displayed in profit then 17900 will display in revenue and not 50000

Itis worthy mentioning that you are using comparison operators with the logical functions. With sum and average functions, you have used the arthimetic operators addition (+) and division (÷).
