Derek, I have to give you credit for putting out so many episodes, so quickly. Good work, sir.

I like how we are somewhat like the 2000's "spurs" of college basketball. We play team ball and we don't get three or more 5 stars every recruiting class like Duke or Kentucky. So when we do get them, it's kind of special. No matter how many 5 stars we have, the results are always the same at the end of the year. A whole lot of wins.

I’d like to see Kansas bring in a freshman or transfer big.

These type of commits always tend to work out well for KU. I love ❤️ it!!!

Seems like for the '25 / '26 season a backup "3" and "4". Biggest Need for '25/'26 still seems to be a STARTING "4". Seemed like KU was headed toward getting a Bry. Tiller commitment, and then when got Calderon, like the SAME DAY, Tiller pushed out his Decision Date Indefinitely (prev. was set for some time in mid-Nov.). :(

Kansas is obtaining a lot of talent. They're also losing a lot of talent: Juan, KJ, Hunter, David, Shak, Zeke all have to leave the program.

Yep but next years newcomers as well as likely returners, I really like our potential lineup. Peterson, Calderon, Jamari, elmarko, flory, rakease, Rylan, possibly AJ and likely the 7 foot number 1 center in the class, mouhamed sylla

He will reload through the portal to complement the kids coming in and currently on the roster.

Nice to at least have 3 Redshirting that well could contribute in Elm. Jackson, Shelby & McDowell.
      Depth Chart Currently -
"1" - Elm. Jackson, R.S. Soph. / No. Shelby, Jr.
      "2" - D. Peterson, Fr. / McDowell, R.S. Soph.
      "3" - Ry. Griffen, Sr. / R. Passmore, Soph.
      "4" - FOR NOW - S. Calderon, Fr.
      "5" - Fl. Bidunga, Soph. / Z. Clemence, R.S. Sr.
Team DESPERATELY needs another "4" or "5"!!!! Reibe was arguably the PERFECT FIT. Bryson Tiller wasn't a bad fall-back....but now he's Questionable! Ugh.

Yeah. The roster’s gonna be fine. I did not mean to insinuate that the roster will be barebones or in bad shape; though it may not quite be ‘as proven’ as this year’s roster.
Elmarko and Jamari I’m excited about, and I also think Zach is a good ball player who hasn’t had a chance to get comfortable.
AJ could return next year. With a year in Self’s system and with Hunter gone, he could see an opportunity to shine.

AJ and Calderon could fill that big wing 4 spot. If AJ takes off, then Self and staff will bring in a transfer big wing to have with Calderon.
