I work in the interior of BC and use these inside and outside year round every work day for the past 4 or 5 years. They all last me a year/pair. The areas that wear are the soles, which separate, and if you catch a lace hook on anything, they'll snap. The reason the soles go out for me is from walking roofs and through attic trusses, and outside in snow and wet. They are comfortable as hell. Right now, nobody has them available and I need a new pair, so I found some Keen Cincinnati's that I just ordered. Just hoping they stand up to the same abuse as the Hamiltons. IMO the Hamiltons rock.
Ok so I’ve been seeing Keens on eBay, with that CSA patch and I’ve had no clue what that’s all about, and it kinda seems like people describe them as somehow being superior to non CSA Keens. So it’s a Canadian safety code deal? And I was triggered at the beginning of the vid, when you were referring to the Pittsburgh’s, as Hamilton’s haha. Been wearing Keen for almost 15 years(Pittsburgh being my first pair ever, and those hooked me) and didn’t know such a thing existed. Why Hamilton? Do you happen to know? Is it like, Canada’s equivalent town or something?
haha Canada loves to be the same but different, half the time there is no rhyme or reason for name changes for the exact same product. I see it often, even going as far as vehicles taking different names
