I always thought it would be neat to be able to set up a mortgage system for the right people 2 to 3% interest rates when I look at how much I spend on my mortgage payments in interest. I am always sick so I guess that’s called private equity Investments? Does anyone know how to set these up? If a parent set one of these up for their kids the kids would help fund their parents retirement well getting a cheaper rate than the banks… We should look into this kind of investment loan scheme.

I get the just of alts, but it would be nice to get more details from it. it still a pretty foggy concept and needs me to do my own research to know if I like it or not. The humor was not really my style, but that's w/e. can resonate with some people.
