- Guys this was supposed to be an easy rescue , just winch the old Vw Bus on the trailer. Turns out the rain came back and turns the road into mud. I was stuck in the mud for about 10 hours and got out the next day, sleeping in my truck. Does the 1958 Volkswagen finally make it home after being buried in a stream for 52 years? Next video we begin to dig out the rare 15 window Bus ! Thank you for continuing to watch the journey of these Vw Buses being rescued.

This is now an absolute mission, a quest and hands down the best series you've ever done! Maybe you have now proven yourself to be the rightful owner of those buses and the spirits will be kind for the rescue of the 15 window.....probably not. Wow. Just wow. The beating you took on this one, and you still have the 15 window to save! At times I just had to look away! 😂 Loving the content though! Can’t wait to see what happens next. Please do a full walk through of both busses once you have them home. It would be good to see what the damage really is given they sat in water and mud for so long.

When you pulled past the jeep, I was cheering! Lewis and Clark, Stanley and Livingston, great wilderness explorers but they never brought back a VW. Kids in the next generation will study you in their history books. I eagerly await the next video.

That place kicked your rear! Way to stick with it and over come all that was thrown at you. Now that you've gained all the experience on the first bus. Hopefully the second one goes much smoother. Good luck! Oh and don't forget to grab all the parts that you threw all over the place out of the bus. Like the driver's door.
Sorry for your loss brother and i really have to say your commitment to getting the job done is excellent, you said you would get it done and true to your words you certainly did just that though i bet you was hoping it would be a little easier than what ive just witnessed but then wheres the fun in that right. People in the comments are saying get a better towing vehicle, better tires, chains and all other kind of stuff to which i agree to some extent but me i would definitely of taken some wellybops (wellington boots) for sure. Cant wait to see you tackle the 15 window task to which i send you all the luck in the world but i just know youll get it done my man, respect to you brother and keep the quality coming

I’ve messed around doing a few videos before.
And I must admit, that was tiring to see you do. I don’t know how many times you had to move the camera, which takes a lot of extra time.
That had to be 10 or 12 hours worth of editing. my hat is off to you. It looked cold, muddy, humid, wish I could’ve been there to help you!!

You survived all of that hard struggling so you might also have survived my singing! 😁 ;-) I can hardly wait to see you pulling out the second bus. Or let me better say: Wrest something (back) from nature. By the way: I saw a rare green Jeep and a Corvair. Are those worth saving too?
