The best was to cycle through the episodes on stationary bike. Damn slowly but surely it wasn't easy, at first. Can't say I miss anything anymore. There were some rules set up for how to make it, but they never were strict ass ones. Even if some of that pacing / directing from TB was so nice. Really made me feel like I've reached this point of the cycling, or the podcast., and celebrate. Now that I think about it, I'm sure I was high on adrenaline or something... Plus the podcast just flavoring the whole way. Now I got myself some tea, and rough plans to get my treadmill here where I live now.

The hosts of this podcast (Jesse cox and Dodger) used to have a podcast with TB, Crendor was a regular guest, it was great and every time TB had to rile them in to stay on theme.
I'm just gonna say that these people do not live inside TB's shadow and have been thriving on their own for years. There doesn't always need to be this comment contextualising these adults through their friend. Let them live.

I used to watch co-optional all the time, randomly came across a clip of this on shorts and was so pumped to see jesse and dodger doing another podcast again, crendor being first guest is just icing. definitely resubbing to keep up with this.
I found myself enjoying an unintentional ASMR when I was watching some toy-customization videos where there was no talking and no or minimal music and there was just the sounds of unscrewing and the slight stressing of plastic gave me those tingles. Also found a similar effect from people messing around with transforming toys.
I've been watching Jesse since 2011 and I sometimes popped into Game Station or Co-Optional. But now that Geekenders is here - I'm in! And I'm loving it
The joy this podcast brings me is immeasurable. I saw the first TGS podcast live because I happened to see Dodger tweeting that it was starting. It was my first introduction to TB and Jesse, and TGS. What a journey we've been through from then to now.
The Dark Urge concept probably came from BGII where you had the blood of an evil god in you. And as a result you had like real temptations to use the power.
The nostalgic talk about TB and vlogmas hit me so hard. Goofing in TB's chat on every gaming event, tuning in to every saturday morning Dooger, keeping co-optional in the background while trying to survive my first job. I already love this so much.

I was in a similar cycle as the "LOL cycle" with Hitman Freelancer. Always starting strong, but kept playing for too long, got sloppy and lost (it has roguelike mechanics so you then have to start over). You just need to learn to stop at the peak (2-3 hrs) and continue next day.

Thats a great intro and great song but I believe Crendor is right, that intro feels twice as long as it needs to be. It feels like it should be 30-40 seconds. It's currently 1:10 mins. I'll watch it for now but I know after a few episodes i'm going to end up scrubbing past it. I love the return of this format btw. You guys are the only game-commentary-podcast I ever really liked, so thanks for bringing it back.
