Jalen Milroe played terrible but put that aside, after watching that “tackle attempt” on the pic 6 play. I would remove the “C” from milroe jersey. Thats not a captain or a leader. That was piss poor. I can get over a bad game but I can’t get behind that kind of effort!
I couldn't agree more Drew. It was absolutely ridiculous, and I am glad Kalen called it out today. It's time to move on. Thanks for listening as always!
We’ve got a running qb that can’t run the read option 😂….hes so ass he cost us the Texas , Michigan , nearly usf game and South Carolina ..Tennessee and Oklahoma …..and he had a nice pick 6 against candy .hes a fragile baby that can’t handle any adversity get this bum out of Ttown he’s a diva …Dabeor can’t bench him cause the team would’ve quit on him…..diva that can’t push a guy out of bounds ….let all the nay sayers know that bill O’Brien was right ……and letting a Oklahoma team that can’t pass the ball run all over you while only having three down lineman on d ……garbage coaching
Well... I don't disagree with the majority of this🤣. Alabama is limited on offense due to Milroe's own limitations. Going to be fascinating what it looks like when a qb who is a fit runs it. Thanks for listening and be sure to subscribe if you haven't already!
I think everyone will be relieved when the Milroe era is finally over... We need new coordinators... even with that I'm notb sure DeBoer has the mettle to be the HC at Alabama...
There have been moments this year that have made me raise a side eye at DeBoer, but I believe in him still. I think he has been very handicapped this year due to a number of circumstances. Now if we have the same issues next year, I will begin to get very worried. I would give the coordinators another year too for continuity, especially Wommack. Appreciate you listening and be sure to subscribe if you haven't already!
You're very right... I was hoping we'd be able to keep it going to a degree with no bumps in the road, but I do still believe IN Kalen. Thank you for listening and be sure to subscribe if you haven't already!
not actually an rpo vs not actually an rpo is what happened last night. Alabama and Oklahoma are facing the same offensive problems in concept minus the ridiculous O line problems OU is facing, along with the WR being completely decimated.
The Dynasty was over when Saban retired! Who doesn't know that?! A new era doesn't get to claim what the previous era accomplished. Deboer has to establish his own legacy at Bama. It's his FIRST YEAR sure would be nice if people stopped jumping off the cliff and gave the man some time. I look forward to seeing Bama NEXT YEAR, that's when we should see some REAL IMPROVEMENT.
You're 100% correct! We believe DeBoer needs time and calling for his job is an overreaction. Thanks for listening and be sure to subscribe if you haven't already!
I like Milroe I really do, but I'm ready to move on at QB. The entire team from scheme to execution was a dumpster fire Saturday night. Arguably the worst game I've seen Bama play when you take into account the talent disparity. Sidenote: who has been on the opponents' sideline in both of Bama's 21+ point losses over the last 15 years? Brent Venables. He helped hold the historic offense in 2018 to 16 points and just 3 points in this one. RTR anyway guys
Another point.. Kalen DeBoer made his living off of Penix, a top tier qb. Texas had a weak secondary last year. Everyone knew it by the time Washington played Texas. People forget Texas best safety last year, Derek Williams has to sit out first half of the game due to a bs targeting call. Washington did their damage with Penix and Odunze the first half on an already crippled Texas secondary. Texas fought hard the second half, and found themselves on the goaline with three opportunities to win the game. It didn't happen. I bring all this up to say, had the bs targeting call the game before never been made, or Texas pulled off the comeback, would Kalen DeBoer be the coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide? I think not. It sure is funny how fickle this game is. Edit: and to add. Had Bama played Washington and Texas played Michigan I believe it would have been a Bama Tx rematch for the natty. They gave us the worst match ups. They really didn't want Bama to win another one. Although, I fully believe TX last year team was capable of beating bama twice.
Thank you for watching Drew and for adding your thoughts. We appreciate your unbiased perspective and how you saw the game. I totally agree the whole loss isn't on Milroe. That's why we made that caveat before we heavily criticized him that it was a total team loss. Our frustration is Milroe has continued to struggle with the same things when he's been the starter. If he doesn't throw the two picks, I believe Alabama probably wins, but that completely killed the game. Appreciate you commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven't! Liked your Texas thoughts from last year too, and I do agree with the majority of him.
Well, that OU team has been slowly overcoming their handicaps of line and receiver decimations. Their defense is the deal. All they needed to beat a top team is to get maturity in their offense. I think OUs record was a trap
You're totally right. That's why I said I was very nervous about the matchup for the Tide especially because of the the defense. Even with that, Alabama had no business losing to them. Appreciate you listening and hope you subscribe if you haven't already!
It definitely did seem like that. You can tell when a team doesn't bring the intensity needed to win a big game like that. Thanks for listening and be sure to like and subscribe if you haven't already!
Texas fan here, so I don't have an ax to grind. You guys are out of your mind. First of all, go rewatch the opening drive. What stalled it was missed catches, nothing on Milroe. Just go rewatch the game with an unbiased lens, as I have. Milroe was way down on the list of why this game was lost. And btw, Alabama was likely going to pull out the win until that 2nd int. And even then, the bs coving ineligible receiver call was absolutely devastating. Honestly, some calls deserve plastic cups being thrown. Had that bad call not been made its a rwo touchdown game with an entire quarter left. And all the momentum.... FINNALLY.... the momentum had shifted to bama for the first time in the game.... nevermind... bad call. So instead of momentum/TD it's a turn over on downs and a nail in the possibility of a comeback. Would Alabama have come back? Who knows? Probably not 🤷. But we'll never know. For a fun thought experiment imagine Alabama loses to Auburn last year. The Isaiah Bond catch never happens. How disappointed would Alabama fans have been then? I can just imagine the "Saban era is over.. blah blah" With all that said go rewatch the game through an unbiased lens. This loss doesn't fall on Milroe

Yall are crazy lol. Do you know who made that pic? He ain't a scrub.
@@drew7155 I don’t even care about the INT at this point. The piss poor effort to stop him from scoring is what Im upset about

Couldn't agree more. A lot of people don't realize Milroe is a front running ball hog that is selfish at his core.
Appreciate you watching and hope you subscribe if you haven't. Milroe can be very frustrating to watch.
dynasty was over when Saban announce his retirement!

Fantastic comment, Tom, and I agree with every word. It's time to move on, and I am ready for that to happen. Thank you for listening and ROLL Tide!

Coaches & players overlooked OU. Forgot they actually have some talent
