👋 Hi, I`m Susie! I`m originally from Hungary but I live in the beautiful Philippines with my husband, Jonathan.
We are sharing our daily life and adventures here focused on visiting and promoting the lesser known, less touristy (but equally beautiful) areas of the Philippines as well as sharing the beauty of life in the province!
Thank you for joining us on our adventures!

I always thought Susie got her looks from her dad but seeing her without makeup, she resembles her mom...Seeing a vlog from her channel on an unexpected day of the week is a treat. :-)
I agree with your initial assessment; I think she resembles her father more, but she truly does show features of both parents. Sometimes it is completely all one parent or the other for the face! I thought before that it’s lovely as she is their only child that she is a mix. But favors father more to my eye. What I just noticed a few videos back is that Susie & her Momma have the same “this tastes so yummy!” expression!😋
For me SUSIE Will always be The great…her humility puts her on The TOP…being The best attitude of Foreign vloggers in the PH 😊
Thank you so much for the kind words
Susie, you can adapt to almost anything, even the cold shower. That's something admirable coming from a country that doesn't live the way we do in the Philippines. Two thumbs up, Susie!
Haha ice cold shower was difficult at first but I got used to it
@Susie in the Philippines : Yes! Each time I visit my family, I'm having a difficult time taking a shower with cold water. Good thing we have a water heater in our house. I tried one time, and I got sick for weeks. 🤣
I'm happy to see you both enjoying life. You're lucky to have each other. Kuya seems a good guy and you too. Love you both including that cutie dogie.
Thank you so much 🤗
My favorite vlogger 😍
Thank you 😍
What a beautiful place, serene and simple. What most people need nowadays 😊
I wonder what it would cost to build a bahay kubo nearby 🤔
Congratulations guys leaving in paradise
Susie you are beautiful even without make up in your face
Omg! Susie, you are way much beautiful wothout makeup. You are a natural beauty. I just love your beautiful face without makeup.
Peaceful and quiet place . Reminds me of my younger days living in the provine. Like your fresh foods .
Would have loved growing up in an environment like this 😍
we are jealous you are experiencing all the life ahead there. We want to be where you, Jo & Pixel are! So much fun joyful. Feltekenyek vagyunk rad, hogy ott vagy.
o diba ang ganda nya lalo pag walang make up
Love watching your adventure vlogs every time they remind me of what I liked to do growing up in the Philippines. Living the dream life that you guys want is something that some people take for granted, for me is the healthiest way to live. Enjoy simple living away from the hassle and basil of the city and not to mention the pollution too. Love you guys and stay safe always. Gob Bless.
I agree 😍 just being sorrounded by beautiful nature is enough to make one happy
You seem to have fully adjusted to life in your adopted country with your husband. Power on!
Thank you! Yes I love the life here a lot 😊
It's called "Areca palm" in English. In Filipino languages, the tree (and the fruits) are called "bunga"/"bonga", "boa"/"bua", "luyos", or "takobtob".
Thank you for explaining! But besides to me it's to official Moma tree haha 🙈
Susie you are so beautiful without makeup, too.
Thank you ❤️
Susie, I always love watching your vlogs. It makes me relax. I usually watch it before I go to work on a night shift. I am looking forward to more vlogs. I enjoy watching your type of vlogs. Cheers to more adventures to you and Jonathan. ❤

Always be careful when you walk in the wood at night always use flashligth sometimes you never know if theres snake specially the cobra better to wear boots or bota for safety.
Wow beautiful place for a beautiful Susie...
Wow so so so beautiful paradise. Amazing place. Good luck! 🌹🥰❣️
Thank you 🤗
Magandang buhay..
Ang ganda ng lugar n'yo.
using an alcohol stove is slow burning compared to butane camping stove. that means boiling water will take more time. although denatured alcohol is cheaper than a butane canister. its a good idea to have an alcohol fuel bottle for your alcohol stove to carry your fuel. its lighter and has a dispenser for pouring your alcohol fuel. i use the Trangia fuel bottle. there are times i bring both butane and alcohol stoves so i have different fuel options depending if i want a faster cooking time or the availability of fuel. there are some places that either dont sell denatured alcohol or butane canister so i have fuel options. as for clothing, i use only clothing made of polyester, no cotton, because polyester dries faster which is great for travelling for wash and wear. that includes underwear (spandex). cotton on the otherhand stays wet on a cloudy day and doesnt nsulate when wet. for your battery powered devices such as camping lantern and head lamp, i use rechargeable batteries which could be recharged 1.000 times. not disposable ones. in the long run, youll save money from buying disposable batteries. i suggest both of you should have a headlamp to illuminate your way when walking and for all tasks done at night such as cooking, fixing, washing, etc. i love camping 😊
Good night .... 🕛🌚 sweet dreams!
Good night!! 🥱
Careful of snakes. You must wear boots or wear jeans in going to the wooded areas.

Ooh thank you I never knew what it looked like! Only ever had candied kundol or winter melon flavoured drinks
It is a beautiful fruit, it looks very…dignified …to me😜. All nature is naturally dignified though!
I gotta love it coz of its English name though!
similar to dates palm tree, is eatable also used in african dish called pambota, similar to kare kare but much tasty, true that
That sounds so cool I need to research!!

My husband and I are planning to move back to the Philippines in about 5 years with our kids We’re preparing financially and I really hope it will all be worth it.
Wow! So beautiful
That jungle place reminds me of ADAM AND EVE in Paradise. Really!
Right, so beautiful 😍
Beautiful place
I wonder if we also have ticks in the woods. Ticks with something similar to Lyme disease. That'd be scary.
Probably there are 🙈 but in general there are way more thicks in Hungarian forests I guess because they prefer the cooler less humid environment. So I'm not that afraid of them here in Philippines
@@SusieinthePhilippines good to know
❤
I love your meal.❤
So yummy ❤️
Wow Sarap
Breathing clean air
It's so nice 😍
Kamusta Susie. I always enjoyed you vlogs and makes me want to return to the Philippines sooner. Continue with your interesting vlogs. I've lived 32 years in the Philippines before I left for the US and I've never been to Palawan or Nueva Viscaya so I feel jealous!
I hope you'll be able to come back to visit these places 🤗
@@SusieinthePhilippines I hope so too.
👍
7:05 "Moma" is "Nganga" in tagalog a.k.a. "Betel nut tree"
Beautiful
All I do can say is be very careful in walking in the jungle. Possibility of snake bite or cobra bite.
Just an FYI, S & J… be careful with stagnant water, creeks in your treks. Some harbor harmful bacteria, some are really bad for small animals like dogs, whether they swim it or drink a little of it. of course bad for humans too but often humans don’t drink the water we do not tread the water. Just be a little conscious about pixel getting exposed to bad organisms in the wild, or even being bitten by snakes
First

"kubo in the woods"... that's a horror flick title. perfect. perhaps jonathan can take susie to an agimat testing convention some day. they fire guns at amulets, swing machetes at arms/backs, etc etc.
Haha it really is which makes it more fun - beautiful but a bit creepy 😂
What is the name of the place
Lower Magat Eco-Tourism Park in Nueva Vizcaya 🤗
