Man LA Drivers are something else! From flying past you in the beginning to just clogging intersections I don't know how you deal with all that. Great video as always Danny! Even the boring parts are fun just because they show the true aspects of being a garbage man.
Awesome, we got to see a money route lol i know the driver who does Celine Dion's trash in Lake Las Vegas, ivheard her grandchildren like garbage trucks, at first the two security guards told that driver to pick up the can and go, now he can go all the way to her front door and drop off the can lol. I heard she takes good care of the driver for Christmas lol. I do want to see a POV if you in a mini truck one day, much to your chagrin i want to see that POV but i can see why you would want to avoid it due to those trucks. My driver had some problems with boxes today, he had 3 trash cans within thr hour where he had to get out and take the box out because no matter how hard he banged the can it would not move. I was actually surprised when I saw him take iut a huge box out of a 64 gallon can, not broken down of course lol. I think that WM truck was doing apartment recycle as part of the recycLA contract. We those down there in South LA too in the apartments. It is over kill to send a front loader i guess they dont have ASLs for them or it does a mix of dumpsters too. I onced filmed a WM ASL on LA sanitation recycle cans back when it was open market before the zoning thing. The driver told me the city contracted with WM for those carted commercial stops because the LA samitation drivers didnt want more work on their routes lol. Im sure if they didnt do recycLA they would try to add those carted recycle stops to the LA sanitation drivers lol. If you want to the link let me know, it was a rare catch an ild video of mine lol. At west LA they give us 5:30am sign on so we can start collecting right at 6am on all the canyon routes we collect from sunset to mulholland and from 7am-9am we're not allowed to collect due to the whining residents and drivers
@@BackToTheFun Coldwater, benedict & laurel cyn is thurs collection,beverly glen is wed those guys sign on 5:30 they let you sign on at 5:30 for other reasons like for instance I'm in recycle so certain times if I have a hold over I'll sign on at 5:30 because the place we dump recycle is far south from the yard you beat alot of traffic signing on at 5:30 vs 6:00
