I tried tuna in my kids hair I didn't really get the slippage I was looking for. I still prefer my flaxseed n aloe Vera gel.. I recently learnt about ockros for hair as well so am going to add that to my other two gels and see if I get the ultimate slippage.. my goal is length retention so I use my gel to detangle before I wash. I usually leave it in about 10 mins or longer depending on the amount of other chores I have to do. Hair will grow if you minimize the fall out
